  Can only refer to Dr Chowdhury who has an almost non existent patient outreach w/ almost no information given out and a compulsion to overuse CT scans.

  It's a rat race to the phone everytime you want to see your own family because they only do same day appointment. So if you have a job or go to school good luck seeing your doctor. if you absolutely need to see them then you need to take a day off work instead of missing a half day or a few hrs.

  id rather seek medical help from a 3rd world witch doctor then go to this horrible clinic and deal with the receptionist there who needs some manner skills and training on how to treat people with respect.

  Dr L Dalby and her team are caring and compassionate. She is always attentive to your needs and helps come to a solution that solves the issue, not just puts a “bandage” on it for later. Very glad to have her as our family practitioner

  So, finally got in to see my "Family Doctor" whom I'd never seen accept for the initial meet and greet and seriously he's calls himself a doctor? Waited 6 weeks to get in to see him, waiting almost a full hour in a near EMPTY waiting room and when he finally does see me, I'm only allow to talk about two concerns cause "he doesn't have time". Seriously, I haven't seen a doctor in two years, waited weeks to get in to finally see my new "Family Doctor" and he doesn't have time to address all of my concerns then proceeds to lecture me about bring only one or two items to an appointment and that I should make another appointment to come in again.... Talk about OHIP MONEY GRAB. This Doctor is a joke.

  Very frustrating. Doctor's taking New Patience is a JOKE as a person could die waiting to get an appointment. Every time I try to make an appointment with my family doctor here (whom I've yet to actually get in to see - it's been a year since he accepted me as a patient and I have NOT been able to get in to see him once) is booking 4 weeks sometimes 3 months away. Staff on the phone are RUDE and not very helpful, the only response I get every time I call is to call URGENT CARE right at 8:00 a.m. Sure like one EVER gets through. And their Saturday Clinics - well you want to line up by no later than 7:45 - 8:00 am so when they do open at 8:30 you're not sitting there for the entire morning. Some health care.

  the receptionist at this clinic was very rude. her people skills are typical of the tillsonburg attitude....which is very ignorant.
