  Recently purchase a 2011 Grande Cherokee from Eichnebergs and thoroughly satisfied with their service. Dealt with Bill and he was helpful with the sale and followed up of how the car was performing. We had the car on a prolonged test drive so that I could take it back to London for my wife to drive and it was fully valeted when I picked it up to test which not all dealers do. I have no problem recommending them for the purchase of a vehicle.

  I went to Eichenberg Chrysler because my vehicle is still under warranty. Was having a problem with tire pressure loss... they topped up air pressure and told me that there was a hot spot on rear driver side wheel... maybe a break problem. So I came back to have my brakes checked... they said rear caliper sticking and you need pads and rotors all around. I asked if they could service the caliper - oh no can't be done - they gave me an estimate for over one thousand bucks for brakes all around. SO I asked them for a written estimate and they were reluctant to put anything in writing. I then went to a small local garage where they fixed the rear caliper problem & replaced rear pads and rotors for $280 and advised new front pads only for $127. I would not recommend Eichenberg to anyone

  Appreciate getting me in ASAP to replace a low beam headlight bulb; but severely overcharged for the bulbs. $72.00 each. Dealer cost for the bulbs is $43.00 and normal trade price should be approximately $57.60. You can purchase top of the line bulbs at CT for $66.00 for two bulbs compared to the $144.00 I was charged. I asked politely three times for price consideration and was told sorry; if you don’t like the price we can put your vehicle back together and you can go to CT (in the middle of a major snowstorm).

  Jake Loewen was great. All went smoothly and professionally. I'd deal with Jake again, recommend to friends! Amy was kind and professional when ever I called the dealership. Thank you to the service department that fixed the car for Safety. Also thanks to the rest of Eichenberg Chrysler. You all make a good team! Keith.G

  We have 11 vehicles in the extended family ‘fleet’, 5 being newer FCA products and two scheduled to be replaced in 2018. Guess the two new RAM 1500 Limited’s will be sourced elsewhere.
