    Staff greeted me when I walked in. Took me to section I was interested in seeing and went out of their way to find information for me when I asked. They didn't hover trying to make a sale which impressed me.

    My folks bought a beautiful red couch at Stubbes. The pleather was guaranteed to last by staff but after a year the surface started to peel off, revealing the black surface underneath. They took photos and made Stubbes aware of this defect, but, since Stubbes no longer sold the couch, they refused to reimburse. Will not deal with them again. Buyers beware!

    The store does look lovely but try to get anything fixed. I bought a refrigerator from them 8 months ago. Every time the power went out for a short time the frig would go out, this happened 3 times and I had to throw food out. Tech guy came twice and couldn't find anything wrong with it, told me that it was because I left the freezer door ajar. (funny how I only left the freezer door ajar only during a power failure.) He told me to call the store and get a second opinion and that perhaps I needed a sensor. Called the store four times and no one was sent out. Last time I buy anything there.
